Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter at Sriven Info Inc. The Sr Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sales recruitment, hiring, and account management. The role will involve daily communication with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and build strong relationships. Qualifications
- Market qualified bench consultants to existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and IT consultants.
- Identify opportunities for consultants based on their skills and experience.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.
- Keep track of market trends and client demands.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a consistent pipeline of excellent candidates.
- Provide ongoing support to consultants during their tenure with client
- Sales Recruitment, Hiring, and Account Management skills
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Team player with a goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology is a plus
