Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter at Sriven Info Inc. The Sr Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sales recruitment, hiring, and account management. The role will involve daily communication with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and build strong relationships. Qualifications

• Market qualified bench consultants to existing and new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and IT consultants.
• Identify opportunities for consultants based on their skills and experience.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.
• Keep track of market trends and client demands.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a consistent pipeline of excellent candidates.
• Provide ongoing support to consultants during their tenure with client
• Sales Recruitment, Hiring, and Account Management skills
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Team player with a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology is a plus
