Dhruva Space Private Limited is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary General Manager - Creatives Marketing to lead our creative initiatives and drive Marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for the Space industry, extensive experience in creative marketing, and the ability to lead teams in producing innovative, high-impact content across various digital and traditional channels. This leadership role requires a blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and managerial acumen to take Dhruva Space's Marketing eorts to the next level. As the General Manager - Creatives Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of multimedia content, campaigns, and initiatives that communicate our brand’s mission, values, and impact to internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping the company's creative vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing a high-performing team of designers, content creators, and multimedia specialists. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Lead and inspire a team of creatives in the development and execution of Marketing strategies that align with Dhruva Space's brand identity and business objectives. Oversee the conceptualisation and production of innovative multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics, presentations) to showcase the company’s products, services, and achievements. ● Collaboratively design and implement creative campaigns across digital, social media, print, and oine channels. Ensure creative output adheres to marketing objectives and amplies brand presence. ● Ensure that all creative assets maintain a cohesive visual identity and consistently reect Dhruva Space’s brand positioning and values. ● Manage and mentor a team of designers, motion graphics specialists, video editors, and other creatives. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creative growth and professional development. ● Work closely with Business Development, Project Management and Engineering teams to understand Company goals and translate them into compelling creative campaigns and deliverables. ● Present creative concepts and marketing strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of vision, objectives, and results. ● Oversee the creative project lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. ● Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, design innovations, and Space industry developments to ensure that Dhruva Space’s creative Marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and impactful. Candidate Requirements: ● 9-11 years of hands-on experience in creative marketing, digital content creation, and brand development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. Prior experience working with Deep Tech, Space or Aerospace brands is highly desirable. ● Proven track record in conceptualising and executing creative campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, print, video, websites, and events). Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, including motion graphics, animation, and video production. ● Prociency in Blender, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Eects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools. Familiarity with video editing software, 3D animation tools, and UX/UI principles is an advantage. ● Ability to think both creatively and strategically, developing Marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness. ● Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and motivating creative teams to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and marketing strategies clearly and persuasively. ● Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. ● A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all creative materials meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines. ● A deep understanding of the space industry and its evolving trends, technologies, and key players is a strong advantage.
