Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Description

• Assist with the smooth running of the F&B department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food & experiences throughout.
• Lead, mentor, and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
• Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
• Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus, dietary needs, and special requirements.
• Assist in the induction of new Team Members and annual performance reviews.
• Handle any escalated guest complaints whilst on shift.

• Previous experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Great communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Food safety and alcohol service certification.
