Job Description: Agriculture Field Officer Location : Kamareddy and Nizamabad Experience : 1+ years Employment Type : Full-Time Joining : Immediate Preferred Language: Hindi, Telugu. Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Agriculture Field Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting agricultural best practices, liaising with farmers, and ensuring the success of agricultural initiatives in the Kamareddy and Nizamabad regions. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned areas. Key Responsibilities Farmer Engagement :
- Conduct regular field visits to interact with farmers.
- Provide advice on crop management, pest control, and modern agricultural techniques.
- Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for farmers.
- Monitor crop progress, soil conditions, and other field-related activities.
- Prepare regular reports on field visits and farmer feedback.
- Assist farmers in connecting with markets and understanding market trends.
- Identify and address issues faced by farmers related to farming methods, fertilizers, and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agricultural field-related role.
- Strong knowledge of crop patterns, soil management, and irrigation techniques.
- Ability to build relationships with farmers and community leaders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kamareddy and Nizamabad.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Experience in conducting training sessions for farmers.
- Knowledge of local languages (Telugu).
- Familiarity with modern agricultural tools and technologies.
