SOE – WIL Administrator

Core Functions

1. Perform general duties related to administration in the Work Integrated Learning department.
2. Collate and file minutes of meetings and follow up.
3. Organise and assist in hosting regional events and related resources.
4. Attend and facilitate training sessions on administration procedures.
5. Collate and report on stakeholder and student queries.
6. Provide ongoing administration support to various stakeholders.
7. Assist with sourcing and interview process of mentor assessors.
8. Provide ongoing support to schools and students.
9. Provide ongoing support to students regionally.
10. Formulate and review regional WIL schedules.
11. Track regional school visits during Teaching Practice.
12. Build rapport with and develop relations with all stakeholders including academics, students, school partners, and other external stakeholders.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Very high level organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
4. Possess excellent inter-personal skills.
5. Must possess intermediate or advanced digital literacy skills.
6. Must be able to work under pressure.

8. Able to work collaboratively and build capacity.
9. Provide pastoral care and support to students.

General

1. Fulfil all reasonably expected administrative functions related to the post.
2. At least 2/3 years of experience in Administration.

Additional Recommendations:

1. IT experience will be advantageous.
2. Experience in partnerships and collaboration with external stakeholders.
