We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Service Captain to join our team. Position Overview The Service Captain will play a key role in leading the service crew, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, and delivering impeccable service standards. This position involves managing guest interactions, supporting service flow, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations. Greet and host guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Assist with staff training and development to maintain high service standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow. Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and specials. Monitor and manage table turnover to ensure efficient service. Assist in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management. Qualifications Korean or Singaporean National. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in F&B is preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
