Responsibilities: Lead team and consultants in implementation of local private, commercial, and public projects. Direct design development towards architectural intent. Fulfill client and authorities requirements. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years local experience in project management. Flair in design development and detailing. Knowledge of local authority requirements. Master or Bachelor of Architecture equivalent (Recognised by BOA). Registration with BOA an advantage.
