Head of Leasing We are seeking an experienced Head of Leasing to oversee the management of our retail malls in Singapore. About the Role Develop and implement leasing strategies for retail spaces, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and rental income. Negotiate leases with tenants, retailers, and property consultants, driving business growth and revenue expansion. Prepare marketing materials, conduct site inspections, and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Monitor market conditions, prepare budgets, and generate reports to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or Marketing. Minimum 10 years of experience in leasing management & negotiation for retail shopping malls. Estimated Salary: SGD 150,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
