Summary Outram Park 6 day works Salary $3250 Happy Birthday Voucher Non-Halal Restaurant (No Pork, No Lard) Joining Bonus Job Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of bread such as sourdough, artisan bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. Kneading, cutting, and shaping of the doughs. Prepare fillings and toppings for bread. Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, color, and taste of the baked goods. Washing and cleaning of utensils and equipment (e.g., ovens). Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area. Collaborate with other bakers to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager. Job Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of bread-making experience in a bakery environment. Knowledge of bread-making techniques and principles, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistently produce quality baked items. Ability to work efficiently in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment. Able to work as early as 6:30 AM, during weekends, public holidays, and overtime hours when required. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
