Inventory & Warehouse Executive

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains inventory records, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at each level, and expiration dates. Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet company goals. Acts as main contact point for all stock transfer and adjustment, ensuring all documents are in order and have proper approvals prior to execution of stock transfer. Reviews inventory workflow, proposes enhancements, and documents inventory cycle. Ensures inventory is kept at a healthy level, highlights slow-moving items, and proposes action plans. Checks and ensures cycle counts are performed by stores on a timely basis and works with stores to investigate variances. Manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and flags if inventory levels are not replenished in a timely manner. Monitors and follows up on defective stock status with proposed action plans and is in charge of the store return process. Participates in planning, driving, and executing warehousing improvement projects through the deployment of IT, technology, innovation, and transformation. Ensures the quality, safety, and environmental requirements in the warehouse are met and maintained. Ensures warehousing operations meet regulatory or contractual requirements. Ensures documentation and keeps accurate warehouse records. Supports warehouse management in various administrative tasks as needed. Actively participates and contributes to HSE initiatives and corporate HSE programs, including HSE risk communications and mitigations. Performs any other duties assigned. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum “O” level with 3 years of experience in store inventory control and shipping. Well-versed in inventory computerized systems, preferably SAP B1. Good keyboard and typing skills. Good communication skills in English. Preferably with knowledge of the aviation industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
