Job Description Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality, and assurance in accordance with the regulations under relevant accreditation bodies such as SSG (WSQ), MOM (LSP), and the company’s policies and directives. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all centres and in-house training. Stay current and informed with the latest training innovations, offering changes and requirements. Ensure observance and adherence to all Avanta rules, regulations, and policies. Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism and uphold the good name and reputation of Avanta at all times. Protect the organisation’s value by keeping information confidential. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company. Requirements Must have attained a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) . Must possess WSQ-Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH Professional Level C) or equivalent or higher or should be a registered WSHO. Must possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the fields of Construction, Shipping/Marine, Metalworking, Metal Scaffolding, Oil/Petrochemical, Confined Space, Lifting, Rigger & Signalman, Manhole, Work-at-Height. Should preferably possess a minimum of one year of training experience in WSQ-related courses. Experience in MRT projects and LTA projects is an added advantage. Possessing the following qualifications will also be an added advantage: Working at Heights Train-the-Trainer Rigger and Signalman or WSQ-Perform Rigger and Signalman Tasks Lifting Supervisor Safety Course or WSQ-Supervise Lifting Operations Relevant course on developing lifting plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
