A Sr. Sales Executive - Showroom works in the showroom and sells goods locally. To do this, a sales representative will meet and guide potential buyers and identify their actual needs. From there, they create solutions and ensure smooth sales. A sales representative will also participate in finding new clients to achieve sales targets effectively and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieving the monthly sales target which the administration determines.
  • Providing customers with sell offers according to their request and determining its prices according to the retail prices.
  • Negotiating sell offers and discussing them with customers to persuade them to purchase.
  • Getting the request invoices and making follow-ups with concerned bodies about it.
  • Ensuring that inventory (Stock) is enough before committing to customers and working out to save any shortages to customers.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction prior to and after sales.
  • Maintaining customer records to get an idea about the valued buyers and retain them.
  • Reviewing the customer requests with concerned entities in the company and with the delivery division.
  • Contacting customers and providing them with what they need in different promotional items/materials.
  • Performing other assorted activities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or a relevant field.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media to promote company products and find new clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Key Performance Indicators

  • % of Achieving sales targets.
  • Retention of potential buyers.
  • Effectiveness of pricing negotiation with customers.
