Job Title: Facility Manager Department: Facility Management Reports to: Engineering General Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: KSA- Jeddah Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our industrial food production facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all facility systems and infrastructure operate efficiently, in compliance with relevant codes and standards. This role requires extensive knowledge of water treatment, steam generation, refrigeration, power distribution, and HVAC systems. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage KPIs are essential for success in this role. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management within the food industrial sector.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industrial water treatment, steam generation, compressed air, HVAC, refrigeration, drainage, and power generation and distribution system.
- Experience with low-current systems and power generation infrastructure, medium voltage and low voltage.
- Familiarity with FCM (Facility Management Certification) is required.
- Proficient in using facility management software and systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and project management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with the ability to work across departments.

- PMP or relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical system design and operation, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in designing mechanical piping systems for water, compressed air, steam, and sewage. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong understanding of industrial codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, ANSI). Experience with fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and material selection. Familiarity with process automation and SCADA systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Strong understanding of structural analysis, material properties, and soil mechanics. Familiarity with construction management tools and software. Experience in industrial construction and food production facilities is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required or preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration design, operation, and maintenance, preferably in the food or beverage industry. Proven track record in managing centralized refrigeration systems and HVAC integration.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of ammonia and freon-based refrigeration systems. Proficient in SCADA systems for monitoring and control. Familiar with software tools for refrigeration design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong understanding of PLC programming and automation integration. Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- IIAR Certification (International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration)
- EPA Refrigeration Technician Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical system design and operation, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of medium voltage, low voltage, and low current electrical systems, power generation and distribution. Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar). Experience with SCADA, PLC, and control systems is an advantage. Familiar with energy management and power distribution systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Certified Electrical Safety Compliance (CESCP) or relevant industry certifications.
