• Prepare measurements for building works for input into Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates;
• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities;
• Assist with implementing, maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures during the pre and post contract phases of construction projects;
• Assist with evaluating variations and updating cost reports;
• Assist with preparation of payment recommendations to Contractors;
• Assist with preparing, pricing and negotiating change orders with contractors;
• Market tests rates and analysis of tender returns for input into inhouse database.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or engineering field;
• 2 years' work experience post completion of graduation.
