HR Executive (Generalist)

Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide support to the business units. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc. Participate in the HR projects and employee engagement programmes and statutory surveys. Manage end-to-end recruitment process and build talent pipeline for the business. Handle the full cycle of on-boarding and off-boarding planning and execution. Work closely with the business heads on annual performance review, design of training roadmap. Handle work pass matters including application, renewal, appeal, etc. Provide HR system user support. Provide advice and support on operational HR matters such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances and counselling. Manage various government support programmes like Internship, SGUnited Traineeship, SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways, SGUnited Skills Programme, etc. Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purposes such as headcount reports, salary surveys, manpower costing, etc. Maintain HR database and update employees’ records for accurate reporting. Perform other duties assigned. Requirements: Bachelor of degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with good business acumen. Provide HR advice in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way. Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment process through Career Fair, Campus recruitment and direct sourcing. Well-versed in Employment Act and strong knowledge in HR practices and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Self-driven and has a positive and `can-do’ attitude. Independent, meticulous, team-player, resourceful and highly organized. Able to multi-task and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
