Benefits: Variable Bonus Fun working environment Working Hours: 6 Days work week Job Scope: Ensure store scheduling aligns with management's requirements. Collaborate with management on manpower deployment, hiring needs, and conducting interviews. Coordinate with store managers on cash handling and operational matters, such as delivery platforms, equipment maintenance, stock levels, pest control checks, and compliance with food hygiene and SFA regulatory standards. Manage the replacement of store equipment as needed, including POS systems, mobile ordering systems, and self-ordering kiosks. Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to introduce new or seasonal products and plan sales promotions. Collaborate with the Accounts department to ensure all sales takings and cash held in stores are accurately accounted for.
