Interior Architect

Oversee projects during all design and tender stages and manage the consultants to ensure the project reaches coordinated success within the specified program as required in the design brief to achieve the completion of the project.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interior Architecture/Architecture and/or Engineering, preferably with post-graduate qualifications in a built environment discipline.Minimum 5 years' experience in built environment planning and design, including at least 4 years in a design consultancy role focusing on Design Management and/or Programme Management, with wide exposure to buildings, and preferably 1 year with a reputable real estate developer.Experience in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe In-Design, and Photoshop. Working knowledge of project management and electronic document management system software (Primavera, Aconex) and a competent understanding of the tendering process.
