Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business, science, engineering or related field preferred.2-3 years of experience in technology commercialization, product marketing, and management consulting.Exceptional strategy and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information.Proven track record in assessing market potential, developing business plans, and driving strategic initiatives.Strong communicator with ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for turning innovative ideas into commercial success stories.Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.Responsibilities:Deeply understand our research pipelines and emerging technologies, across various domains.Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.Work closely with lab researchers, principal investigators, and internal stakeholders to assess commercial potential of technologies.Develop business cases, financial models, and go-to-market roadmaps for promising lab innovations.Identify potential partners, licensing opportunities or spin-outs.Provide insights on technology commercialization best practices.Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in identifying commercial opportunities arising from our cutting-edge research and technology labs.
