We're seeking an experienced Associate Principal Scientist with deep understanding of dairy and food fermentations to join our team. Your role will be key for accelerating our innovation programs on novel culture designs to shape the future by transforming our food system together with our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the driving force behind our Cultures innovation programs, aligning them with our business strategies;Lead multidisciplinary teams, connecting talent across R&D, Manufacturing, Application, and Regulatory departments to create impactful solutions;Serve as an inspiring and supportive leader to your team, fostering creativity and excellence;Translate customer needs into actionable goals, ensuring every project delivers value and meets budget, timeline, and quality standards;Make sustainability an integral part of your work, contributing to our mission of transforming the food system for good.You BringPhD or equivalent experience in Food Sciences (Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Technology are strong advantages);5+ years of experience leading innovation in food sciences within R&D or manufacturing settings;A proven track record of delivering practical, market-ready solutions that address real-world challenges;A passion for the role of microorganisms in revolutionizing the global food system;Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills;A collaborative mindset to work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams;A proactive, accountable, and adaptable approach to dynamic work environments;Fluency in English (written and spoken).The application processInterested in this position?
