About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team at DSCAFF. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the administrative matters in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse in Tangkak Johor. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and inventory management tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics and supply chain. What you'll be doing
- Assist in all administrative matters for the warehouse department
- Data-entry for all received goods and outgoing goods into computer system and ensure accurate stock records.
- Liaise with Sales and Logistics Dept on daily orders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of materials
- Liaise with Procurement Dept on in-coming stocks/receiving process
- Assist in periodic physical stock count and rectify the variances
- Handle office administration and general duties for daily documentation issue, receipt and filling
- Identify areas of improvement and establish or adjust work procedures and practices
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Superior/ Management
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma or any other relevant field
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems
- Proactive; good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
