Senior Full Stack Developer - Java with React - Immediate Joiner - any UST Location

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based back-end services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement high-quality, user-friendly front-end components using React .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate back-end and front-end components to build a seamless full-stack application.
• Participate in code reviews , ensuring adherence to development best practices and high code quality.
• Work with databases , ensuring data consistency and performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues in both the back-end and front-end.
• Mentor and support junior developers in their technical growth.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices for both Java and React development.

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development , with a focus on Java and React .
• Strong expertise in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot , REST APIs , and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in building React -based front-end applications, including familiarity with Redux , Hooks , and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL ) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 , and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker , Jenkins , and version control systems like Git .
• Knowledge of software testing frameworks, such as JUnit for Java and Jest or Enzyme for React.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , GCP , or Azure for application deployment.
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes .
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment ( CI/CD ) pipelines.
• Exposure to front-end optimization techniques for improving performance and scalability.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API in React.
