- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
Job Description
About the Role The purpose of this role is to facilitate the implementation, development and management of education policies and programs as well as providing providing administrative, secretariat services and support to both the team and committee, trainees and supervisors of RACP training programs. Key responsibilities include:- Ensure a high standard of advice and service delivery to trainees, supervisors, Fellows and education committees.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in projects and working groups as required
- Provide high-level advice and guidance and secretariat services to committees
- Work with committees to ensure that members are adequately trained, and succession plans are considered to ensure the committees are able to effectively perform their duties..
- Collaborate with various teams both within the Aotearoa New Zealand office and Australia to implement the Education Renewal program of work and other initiatives.
- Visibly engage with Te Ao Māori values and weave tikanga Māori into daily work.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You The successful candidate will have:- Demonstrated skills in effective relationship management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in professional client and secretariat services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the preparation of reports and submissions
- Commitment to professional customer service, quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a professional team
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
