Country Representative [KL / Healthcare / Government Sectors / Up to MYR 8k]

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans and growth strategies for End Users (Hospitals and homecare), distributors, and other accounts.
• Directs distribution and channel planning and development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Leads development of sales programs, preferred CME’s, etc., and sets targets for distributors to achieve regional sales and growth objectives.
• Leads the development of strategic marketing initiatives and promotion plans with distributors to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Advises dealers and clients concerning sales and promotion techniques.
• Oversees pre-booking and inventory requirements.
• Accountable for revenue, gross margin budgets, and selling expense budgets for the region.
• Performs market visits, develops, and monitors action plans.
• Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
• Maintains relationships, negotiates, and closes deals with key clients.
• Manages liaison of sales and marketing activities with key customers.
• Manages sales and promotional budget.
• Directs market intelligence and research to identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Assists management team to determine the feasibility of new business opportunities.
• Develops and implements corporate business development strategy and plans in the assigned country with corporate customers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a sales representative, except pharmaceutical.
• Experience working with local/international manufacturers (preferable) or distributors for medical furniture/device as sales.
• Experience in direct sales of medical equipment to government hospitals.
• Knowledge of the procurement process and strong relationships with KOLs in the government healthcare sector.
• Possess a Driver’s license in Malaysia.
• Willing to undertake business trips within Malaysia and Singapore.

• Working experience in an international company.
• Additional experience working with manufacturers in healthcare or handling products for ICU, General ward.
• Additional experience working as engineers in hospitals or distributors (Repair, troubleshooting of medical furniture/devices).
