Lead Document Control Data Analyst & Information Management Specialist

Tata Consultancy Services is Hiring For Lead Document Control Data Analyst & Information Management Specialist! Relevant Experience (in Yrs)- 10+ Years Locations-Chennai Must-Have**1. Diploma / Degree in Computer+/Mechanical+/Electrical+ Engineering & Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related domain 2. Experience in IM data handling - processing, interpreting, analyzing & preparing reports and presentations 3. Experience in Advanced Excel (Macros), Power BI Query, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Flow and Data Analytics 4. Document Control Information management in EPC/O&G 5. Experience in any Document management applications (DMS) such as Documentum /Smartplant /PIMS, etc. 6. Understanding of Engineering documentation standards for oil & gas 7. Experience in handling IM assignments for Capital Projects. 8. Experience in handling Concurrent Engineering. 9. Fluency in English speaking/writing. Good-to-Have 1. Experience in data cleaning and statistical analysis 2. Data cleaning & preparation, Data exploration & analysis, Data Visualization, Reporting and Collaboration 3. Knowledge in Power BI, Python and other coding languages 3. Good understanding in SLA/KPI reporting for deliverables 4. Experience in Scope reading, Assessment and Service delivery 5. Experience working with Clients outside India 6. Understanding of programming language like VB .Net ·7. Exposure in Automation, Process improvements 8. Good communication and organizing skills 9. Prior knowledge/experience in executing Automation Projects for Information Management using GenAI/ RPA or other tools. 10.
