Details below: The Process Associate for OTA Operations will support the daily activities of an online travel agency by managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This role involves working closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues related to travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities :
- Booking Management : Process and manage customer bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services through the OTA platform. Ensure accuracy in booking details and confirmations.
- Customer Support : Address customer queries and issues regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Provide timely and effective solutions.
- Transaction Processing : Handle payment transactions and refunds, ensuring adherence to OTA policies and procedures.
- Data Management : Maintain and update customer records and booking data accurately. Generate and review reports as needed.
