We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an International Student Advisor & Career Counselor , combining expertise in counseling, sales, student relationship management, and partnership building. Role Overview The International Student Advisor & Career Counselor will serve as a trusted guide for students exploring global education opportunities. This role involves providing personalized counseling, managing student relationships, and fostering partnerships with domestic & international universities to achieve admissions and career goals. Key Responsibilities International Student Advising:

• Provide one-on-one guidance to students on study-abroad opportunities, programs, and career paths.
• Assess student profiles and align their goals with the best-fit universities and courses worldwide.
• Support students in application processes, visa documentation, and pre-departure preparations.

• Offer career-focused counseling to help students make informed decisions about their education and career trajectories.
• Share insights on global job markets, skills development, and post-study career opportunities.

• Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents to drive enrollments.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, and presentations to engage and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve counseling sales targets while ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, providing end-to-end support throughout their journey.
• Act as a single point of contact for student queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

• Collaborate with local & international universities and educational partners to expand program offerings and placement opportunities.
• Represent EUGateway at networking events, webinars, and industry fairs to build strategic partnerships.

• 5+ years in roles such as International Student Advisor, Career Counselor, or in counseling sales.
• Experience in student relationship management and fostering international partnerships is a must.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms for student management and outreach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications in Career Counseling or International Education are a plus.

• In-depth understanding of international education systems, application processes, and visa requirements.
• Familiarity with global study destinations and career opportunities.
