Construction Project Manager

If so, then a construction project manager role might be perfect for you! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our projects, from conception to completion. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and implement project plans.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, using project management software.
- Secure necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Procure materials, equipment, and labor to meet project needs.
- Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong safety focus.
