Data Analyst - Oncology Platform Optimization

Role Overview We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive insights and optimize platform engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to analyze user behavior, inform strategy, and contribute to key business decisions that enhance the experience of thousands of oncology professionals worldwide. You’ll work with advanced tools, dive deep into usage metrics, and help shape the future of ONCOassist. Key Responsibilities

• User Behavior Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on ONCOassist usage data, including engagement, retention, and conversion metrics. Identify trends and deliver actionable insights that will guide marketing, product, and content strategies.
• Campaign & Marketing Effectiveness: Partner with marketing to evaluate social media, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns. Use tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, and Intercom to assess campaign impact and recommend optimization strategies.
• Performance Measurement: Design dashboards and visualizations in Data Studio to monitor KPIs and track platform health. Develop regular reports to present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Testing & Optimization: Collaborate on A/B testing, develop hypotheses based on data, and work closely with teams to optimize features and engagement initiatives across ONCOassist.

• Exceptional communication skills (English), with experience presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience with expertise in tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, Intercom, Data Studio, and AppFlyer.
• Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• A proactive and independent problem-solver with a passion for driving measurable outcomes.
