About Medhavi Skills University Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. This initiative fosters collaborative efforts between MSU and various industries, creating a mutually beneficial relationship. Through the concept of "Industry as Campus," students gain a competitive edge by acquiring practical skills directly from industry experts. For industries, this partnership results in better employee retention, reduced attrition rates, and increased productivity. By collaborating with over 100+ industry and industry skilling partners. MSU is making significant strides towards closing the skill gap. This approach not only enhances employability but also promotes entrepreneurship across diverse sectors, ultimately contributing to a skilled and capable workforce. Role Overview: We are looking for proactive and skilled Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in organic lead generation, email campaigns, database sourcing, and liaison activities. The role focuses on identifying potential leads, nurturing them, and driving them into the pipeline for conversions. Key Deliverables: 1. Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads through organic channels, databases, and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain accurate lead lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Use innovative strategies to source and generate high-quality leads.
2. Email Campaign Management:
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, etc.).
  • Continuously refine email strategies based on data insights.
3. Database Sourcing:
  • Source and manage databases of potential leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform regular audits and updates to the lead database to maintain data integrity.
4. Liaison and Networking:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between MSU and industry partners, educational institutions, and other potential lead sources.
  • Attend virtual events, webinars, and industry forums to expand networks.
5. Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of about 2-5 years in organic lead generation, email marketing, and database sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of prospecting tools like Apollo and CRM tools (NPF, Zoho, etc) and lead management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setup.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
  • Familiarity with education or skills development sectors is a plus.
