We pride ourselves on offering high-quality products that cater to the tastes and preferences of modern women. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our online presence. Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Ladoun, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, making it ideal for individuals who value work-life balance while contributing to a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote Ladoun’s watches, accessories, and bags.
Optimize content for Ladoun’s website and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
Track and analyze website traffic and social media engagement, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
Enhance Ladoun’s online presence through effective SEO/SEM strategies and PPC campaigns.
Create compelling content, including visuals and copy, for email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as conversion rates, website bounce rate, and customer engagement.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and apply best practices to Ladoun’s campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent content creation skills, with a focus on engaging and relevant messaging for our target audience.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
