  • Maintain and organize contract records and documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of claims and variations, including gathering supporting evidence.
  • Monitor contract compliance and alert the Head of Contracts to any potential breaches or risks.
  • Assist in drafting and responding to contractual correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier agreements to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Support negotiations for contract terms, variations, and claims under the guidance of the Head of Contracts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Prepare periodic reports on contractual status, risks, and opportunities for review by the Head of Contracts.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Skills
  • 8 - 10 years' experience, mainly on the contractor's side.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Law).
  • Preferred additional qualifications: Master's in Construction Law, knowledge in FIDIC, NEC, JCT, RICS.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing contractual documents, including contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
