M&A Analyst 3/Associate 1 - MENA Coverage, Dubai

Job Title : Investment Banking Analyst 3 / Associate 1 Location : Dubai, UAE !! No relocation, the candidate must be currently based in GCC region!! About the Role : An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst 3 or Associate 1 to join a leading European Bank based in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Middle Eastern coverage background who is looking to either relocate from Europe or make a move within the region. Key Responsibilities :

• Support the execution of M&A, capital markets, and other advisory transactions across the Middle East region.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation to support deal structuring.
• Prepare presentations, pitch books, and investment memos for client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and relevant economic factors in the Middle Eastern market.

Candidate Requirements :

• Experience : 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Middle Eastern coverage.
• Background : Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Relocation : Open to candidates either relocating from Europe or already based within the region.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
