Title: Key Account ManagerCompany: SS Innovations Private LimitedLocation: Udyog Vihar, Phase-III, Gurgaon, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full TimeRelevant Experience: 5-7 YearsSalary: As per Industry StandardsReports To: Key Account HeadJob Summary:The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Surgical Robotics will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key healthcare institutions, including hospitals, surgical centres, and medical professionals. The KAM will serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring the successful adoption of surgical robotic systems, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of surgical robotics, the healthcare industry, and a consultative sales approach.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective account plans to achieve sales and market share objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, including hospital chains.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical affairs, to execute successful campaigns and product launches.Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.Negotiates group contracts and salesProvides clients with product information, demonstrations, etc.Responsible for both maintaining and growing business in contracted groupsManage expenses within budgetManage the development and implementation of national sales campaignManage key surgeons/customer relationshipsActive involvement in weekly and quarterly sales planning processExtensive travelCollaboration and Teamwork:Work with the regional sales team members, customer support, and clinical education teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Coordinate with the marketing team to promote brand awareness and generate leads for key accounts.Order to Remittance:Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the order mature into sales within the committed time.Co-operate with sales admin team to ensure the LC guidelines and PI are provided in time.Co-operate with customer, site solution and sales admin team to provide clean LC and final delivery authorization in a timely manner.Account Receivable:Accountability and ownership to ensure that account receivables from strategic account to SSI is in good control.Co-operate with services and help recover service receivables in time.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum 7-8 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales, preferably with a proven track record of success.Experience in selling capital medical devices or surgical portfolio products.Skills:Ability to handle large contracts from commercial, legal, risks and execution standpoint.Ability to work with key stakeholders as well as cross functional team.Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including product knowledge, regulations, and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel within the assigned area and attend regional meetings and conferences.Key Attributes:Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passionate about healthcare and medical technology.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Note: Interested candidates are encouraged to email their updated resumes directly to "jobs@ssinnovations.org".
