The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, combined with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPBCS solutions. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver best practices using Oracle EPBCS functionalities. Good-to-Have The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, combined with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPBCS solutions.1. Solution Design and Implementation: • Analyze business requirements and design Oracle EPBCS solutions to support financial planning and budgeting processes. • Configure EPBCS modules, including Workforce Planning, Financials, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling. • Develop and optimize data models, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPBCS with other systems. • Conduct workshops to gather and document requirements, design solutions, and validate outcomes with stakeholders. 3. System Support and Enhancements: • Provide post-implementation support, resolve user issues, and optimize system performance. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to maximize EPBCS capabilities. 4. Data Management and Reporting: • Ensure accurate data integration between Oracle EPBCS and other systems such as ERP or data warehouses. • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Smart View, FR Studio, or other reporting tools. 5.
