The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of forklift operators, excel at handling critical situations such as operator absences, and ensure smooth operations by providing timely replacements.Key Responsibilities:Site Management:Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple client sites in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.Ensure smooth functionality and address any on-ground challenges promptly.Operator Management:Maintain a network of skilled forklift operators for deployment and replacements.Handle critical situations by ensuring timely availability of operators.Attendance & Reporting:Manage attendance records accurately and ensure timely submission to the office.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing attendance data and generating reports.Client Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and operational requirements at sites.Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Travel Requirements:Travel extensively across client sites in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh as required.Candidates with their own transport will be given preference.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in managing forklift operators and operations.Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for attendance and reporting purposes.Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple locations.Own transport is preferred for better mobility.What We Offer:Competitive salary of ₹20,000 per month.A challenging yet rewarding role with opportunities to make a significant impact on operations.
