Fueling the transformation to a seamless ecosystem of connected tools, Hexnode is revolutionizing the enterprise software and cybersecurity landscape.Key Responsibilities:Sales Training & Onboarding: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs, ensuring reps are up-to-date on products, sales techniques, and tools.Content Creation & Management: Work with marketing to create and maintain sales collateral (presentations, case studies, etc.) and ensure the sales team has quick access to relevant resources.Sales Tools & Technology: Help manage sales enablement tools (CRM, automation platforms) and ensure adoption by the sales team.Sales Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement of sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing insights to leadership on areas of improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on sales strategies.Qualifications:Experience: 3-6 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.Skills:Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to develop training materials and deliver presentations.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
