The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that integrate with e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.Integration: Integrate Shopify or other e-commerce platforms with Dynamics 365 for seamless operations.Customization and Configuration: Customize Dynamics 365 components, including workflows, forms, plugins, and dashboards.Data Management: Ensure smooth data migration and management between Dynamics 365 and other systems.API Management: Develop and manage APIs for communication between Dynamics 365 and external systems, especially e-commerce platforms.Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance for reliability and scalability in e-commerce environments.Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and provide solutions.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, solutions, and best practices.Key Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP modules).Strong knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and Power Platform.Hands-on experience with API development and integration.Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure Services, and cloud deployment strategies.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in end-to-end e-commerce integration projects.Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data visualization.Certifications in Dynamics 365 or e-commerce platforms.Key Attributes:Individual Contributor: Ability to independently handle tasks and projects.Team Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Proactive and Innovative: Strong commitment to delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
