We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Marsh Mac Lennan. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officeAssociate Director - Client Management, CFAWe will count on you to:You will be taking the role of Head of Client Management & Client ContentEscalation point for the team working on Investment Only clients and reviewing monthly and quarterly investment reportsDevelop in-depth knowledge of Mercer's delegated fund structures and solutions in order to explain and communicate to colleagues and clientsCompetent to respond to client queries (sometimes operational in nature)Have a client lens when looking at central global investment material and consider how this could be translated into digestible client material for client meetingsBe able to take research papers on topics (ESG for example), pick out the key points and summarise into slidesReview/manipulate investment output/data and add investment commentary/narratives - i.e. identify key detractors on performance for example.
