You will work closely with renowned security experts, product managers, design leadership, and the best technical minds, allowing you to expand your knowledge not only in design but also in functions like protective intelligence, case management, and security systems. We are looking for a candidate passionate about solving complex design problems, a creative problem solver, and an advocate of simple and valuable experiences.What you will doUnderstand business, personas, and their context deeply to produce practical, impactful, and usable designsSolve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solutionDevelop high-level and detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design.Create design frameworks and design guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes.Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, UX designers, technologists, and peers to make an impact.Deliver modern, trendsetting, aesthetically rich, and human-centric design.Design for web, tablet, and mobile platforms.Plan, prioritize, and work with junior colleagues to make recommendations.Contribute to the development of the design team's culture and quality standards.What you should haveGood attitude with a growth mindset and belief in ownership and accountabilityHands-on product design experience with 4-6 years of digital experience from product/consulting/startup or agency background.Experience working on enterprise products/SaaS-based products is a plusRight skills, mindset, and knowledge of tools to do your work.A bachelor's degree in design communication, interaction design, and graphic design is a plusA portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs.Detailed understanding of layout, information design, interaction design patterns, and usability principles.Knowledge of visual design principles, visual hierarchy, composition, and design patterns.Ability to present and articulate design decisions to team and leadership.Experience in design in Figma (We simply love using Figma for everything in design.)If interested, please share your profile with gautam@mounttalent.com or DM for more details.
