This individual will drive initiatives, build cross-functional partnerships, and implement cutting-edge AI/GenAI solutions to achieve business transformation.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI/GenAI CoE.Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.Manage end-to-end project delivery, from concept to implementation, ensuring quality and business alignment.Ability to work with Partners to deliver the AI / GEN AI use cases.Establish and enforce rigorous quality control (QC) standards to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of AI/GenAI solutions.Foster a product mindset by driving the development of AI/GenAI solutions as scalable, reusable, and user-centric products, ensuring long-term value for the organization.Lead the CoE team, including mentoring and upskilling team members.Establish best practices for AI/GenAI adoption, ethical AI, and compliance with data privacy regulations.Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the CoE's operations.Responsible for overall CoE performance metrics.Qualifications:Engineering degree (BE/BTech) or MSc in Computer Science, Physics, or a related scientific field with a strong mathematical foundation.10-15 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 3-4 years in GenAI/AI-related projects.Expertise in managing large-scale AI implementations, including LLMs, predictive analytics, and decision intelligence.Strong understanding of AI/GenAI trends, including transformers, deep learning, and NLP techniques.Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
