JD1. Product Knowledge: - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products, therapies, and competitors. - Stay updated on medical research, trends, and regulatory changes.2. Sales and Marketing: - Achieve sales targets by promoting products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, and clinics. - Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and business plans. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.3. Relationship Building: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers. - Provide exceptional customer service and support.4. Product Demonstrations - Conduct product demonstrations - Provide technical support and address product-related queries.5. Market Intelligence: - Gather and analyze market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback. - Share intelligence with internal stakeholders to inform business decisions.6. Administrative Tasks: - Manage sales reports, call logs, and expense records. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.7. Compliance: - Adhere to regulatory requirements, industry codes, and company policies.Skill:1. Strong networking and negotiation skills.2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.3. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.4. Business acumen and strategic thinking.Must Haves:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Preferably in science)2. Experience: 1-2 years in pharmaceutical sales in general segment.3. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to travel extensively (may vary depending on territory). - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.4.
