India Power invites highly motivated and experienced C.A. professionals for our Finance & Accounts department. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in financial management, resource mobilization, and strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the fundraising and debt syndication activities through domestic & foreign banks and other financial institutions.Prepare financial model and information memorandum/proposals for Term Loan and Working Capital Loan (Bank Guarantee/ Letter of Credit).Business presentation for banks/investors/managementHandling day-to-day liaisoning related to credit limits availed / ongoing proposalsHandling credit rating/stock audit/valuation/site visit etc.Regular compliance under financial agreements and working capital submissions Handling Working Capital limits including preparation of CMA, renewal of WC limits, and other regular compliances including preparation of stock & debtor statements, FFRDeveloping and maintaining various MIS Support M&A deals by assessing financial risks and returns, valuation, conducting due diligence, processing documents, etc. Desired skillsetsStrong financial modeling, CMA preparation, financial analysis skills, and due diligenceGood understanding of preparing Information Memorandum / Proposals, Share purchase agreementsGood understanding of virtual data roomUnderstanding of FCFE / FCFFUnderstanding of RBI/FEMA/ECB/CERC/MNRE/CEA guidelinesGood in preparing presentation and business lettersGood Interpersonal relationship-building skills.Excellent communication skills.Join us to be a part of a dynamic team that values integrity, ownership, and excellence.
