Qualifications:Ph.D. in Management/Commerce from a reputed university is Mandatory.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in teaching or industry is mandatory. Out of these, at least 2 years as Dean or any leadership positions in a private University is desirable.Must have over 10 peer reviewed journal/article publications (Scopus/SCI/UGC/ABDC etc.)Must have at least 1 awarded PhD Scholar under your guidance.Qualifying NET/SET examination is preferable.Minimum 55% marks in Masters and brilliant overall academic record. Desirable Skills:Thorough knowledge of rules-regulations of UGC, and other regulatory bodiesStrong subject knowledgeStrong leadership skills along with proven record of handling academic administrationDelivers high-impact lectures with innovative teaching techniquesExcellent student engagement abilitiesStrong mentoring skillsOut-of-the-box thinker with excellent communication & people management skills Key Responsibilities:Dean shall look after the academic regulations relating to all courses of study offered by the School of Management & Commerce. He/she shall arrange the Board of Studies (BOS) meetings of management department and process the files to be placed before the appropriate bodies for their approval and communicate the resolutions to concerned departments.The Dean shall be responsible for the following activities of the school.(a) Academic Programs(b) Time Table(c) Monitoring of Teaching(d) Research publication(e) Proper utilization of Manpower.
