Core Responsibilities:AMD Ecosystem Business Unit is looking for Senior Technical Leader who will drive growth for the AMD Ecosystem through identifying and driving the synergies wherein HCLTech and AMD can co-innovate and collaborate to new value propositions and scalable GTM.This role acts as a CTO Function for AMD Ecosystem Unit to drive thought leadership around tech trends in the market which can have impact on GTM in all motions of HCL AMD relationship - "Sell to", "Sell With" and "Sell Through". This role involves consultative working with various lines of Business in HCL, different Product units of AMD and HCL GTM teams to create vision for HCL Engagement in AMD holistically. Solution Design & Architecture:Lead end-to-end solutioning for digital workplace, data center, cloud, and AI initiatives using AMD technology stack.Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those into technical requirements and solution designs.Collaborate with internal teams and AMD partners to deliver customized solutions leveraging the AMD ecosystem.Customer Engagement & Support:Support sales teams in pre-sales engagements by presenting AMD-based solutions to customers, answering technical questions, and addressing objections.Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand their needs and design customized solutions that leverage AMD technology.Assist in the development of proposals, solution architectures, and business cases that demonstrate the value of AMD's solutions in achieving customer objectives.Partner Ecosystem Collaboration:Work alongside HCL's key technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, etc.) to design joint solutions that address complex customer challenges.Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams to enable collaborative solution development and delivery.Leverage partner technologies and platforms (cloud, AI, automation, etc.) to develop differentiated, high-value solutions for clients.Participate in the development of joint go-to-market strategies with HCL's partner ecosystem.Ecosystem Growth & Market Expansion:Identify new opportunities for AMD ecosystem growth by researching emerging technologies and trends and exploring how AMD's solutions can be leveraged.Advocate for AMD's inclusion in emerging ecosystems (e.g., AI, IoT, edge computing), helping partners adopt AMD hardware and software in next-generation applications.Promote AMD's product offerings at industry events, conferences, and technical webinars, positioning HCLTech as a leader in the partner ecosystem for AMD solutions. Success Criteria and Performance Be accountable for market adoption and growth of HCL's Industrial AI & AIoT solutions and offerings (measured in pipeline growth, solution bookings and revenues)Be evangelist of AIoT & Industrial AI solutions within and outside the companyBuild complete and scalable solutions portfolio and roadmap that meets target markets needs in terms of completeness, quality, scalability and affordabilityCoordinate with partners and suppliers to ensure completeness of process and attractiveness for ecosystem to accelerate solution adoptionLead and guide product development programs (multiple in parallel) as per agile methods and ensure progress is measured across the right metricesBD and Sales Overlay supportCustomer engagement and New business opportunity supportQualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field ( MBA is a plus).10+ years of experience in solution architecture, partner ecosystem management, or systems engineering, with a focus on hardware and cloud integration.Experience with AMD's product portfolio (EPYC processors, Radeon GPUs, Ryzen APUs) or equivalent hardware technologies.Proven track record of working in complex enterprise environments and partnering with OEMs, ISVs, and cloud providers.Technical Skills:Good understanding of AMD's architecture and product offerings, including CPUs (EPYC, Ryzen), GPUs (Radeon), and associated software solutions (e.g., ROCm, AMD Radeon Pro, etc.).Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business, Services play and Outsourcing markets and partnership management.Experience as Solution Architect/Pre sales/Product Management around Service Provider as a Channel play Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures and how AMD's solutions can be leveraged in these environments.Previous experience with large-scale enterprise or cloud migrations involving AMD technology. (Optional)Understanding of emerging trends in edge computing, 5G, AI/ML, and other disruptive technologies.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing partnerships with external stakeholders, including OEMs, ISVs, and cloud providers.Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements, workshops, and PoCs.High level of executive presence and the ability to influence decision-makers in large organizations.Business Acumen:Ability to develop and present compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI of solutions based on AMD hardware and software.Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs within the enterprise IT, cloud, and data center sectors.Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for joint solutions with partners.Project Management & Leadership:Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives and customer engagements simultaneously.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization and drive results through collaboration.
