Location -Chennai 12+Years experience as Telecom Presales Consultant playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and technical teams. Very good understanding of Telecom Domain, Experience handling Proactive Proposals, RFP/RFI. Ability to work with Client team in understanding their business problems and work with Technical team in building proposals to address client needs. Their primary responsibilities often include: Understanding Client Needs: Engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements and challenges in telecom BSS/OSS portfolio. Solution Development: Designing tailored solutions that meet client specifications, often involving collaboration with engineering and product teams. Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations to showcase how solutions can solve client problems. Technical Support: Providing technical expertise during the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. Proposal Writing: Creating detailed proposals that outline the proposed solutions, including technical specifications, timelines, and pricing. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position the company's solutions. Training and Support: Sometimes involved in training sales teams on technical aspects of products and solutions. Clients: Exposure to North American Telco clients is a plus.
