Summary

The Head of Accounting is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities covering accounting, accounts payable, treasury, and payroll.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance functions covering accounting, accounts payable, treasury, and payroll.

Responsible for all local and Group reporting requirements.

Ensure agreed local controls are installed and maintained in line with the approved dnata/local policies.

Implement process change and automation.

Responsible for the development of the Accounting team.

Ensuring safety and security in station operations as fundamental operational priorities.

Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.

Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certificate.

Preferably with CFA / CPA qualification.

10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in supervisory skills.
