About the RoleThe Mechanical Head is responsible for leading and managing mechanical maintenance operations at our sites in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain adequate inventory of essential spare parts, tools, and consumables; manage the maintenance budget, tracking costs and optimizing expenses.

Lead and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for crushers and heavy vehicles/machines to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency across sites.

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and effective team coordination.

Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to enhance machinery efficiency and extend lifespan.

Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines, creating a safe work environment.

Work with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, negotiate service agreements, and manage third-party maintenance services to meet company standards.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically with crushers, heavy vehicles, or construction equipment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
