CRM Database Executive

CRM Executive at a well-known leading law firm with elements of digital marketing. Hybrid working, London based A leading full-service law firm is looking for a CRM Executive to join its digital marketing and brand team. The firm is undergoing exciting change, including new strategic firmwide initiatives. In this role, you will maintain the CRM system and apply marketing tech to support their MBD goals. Key Responsibilities include: - Utilising data best practices to ensure data is complete and accurate - Support the BD team in building targeted mailing lists - Ensure training documentation and guides are updated - Identify areas where reports can be automated - Update website pages, bios, etc In this role, you will report to the marketing technology manager. To be successful, you must have a minimum of one year of experience with InterAction or another CRM system while maintaining data quality. Having experience with email marketing tools is highly desirable.
