Investor Relations/Junior Business Development (London)

Our client, a top-performing hedge fund, are seeking to add an investor relations/junior business development professional to their London team. This is an opportunity for a driven and talented individual to demonstrate their ability to respond to and assess investor requests for both new and existing institutional clients and investors. This is a key hire for the fund, and as such our client would expect the chosen candidate to be able to display the following skills and experience:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills, to ensure accurate and timely response to existing and newly onboarded client relationships
• Reporting into senior members of the business development team and further C-suite individuals within the fund to develop investor updates, newsletters and databases
• Undertake the creation and maintenance of marketing documents and data materials for clients, including fact sheets, quarterly updates, due diligence questionnaires, RFPs,
• Assist in the development of relationships with newly onboarded and existing clients

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fund with stellar performance and ambitious growth plans in Europe. Our client would therefore be seeking an individual able to demonstrate the skills above with at least 2 years' of experience in a similar investor relations, or junior business development within a hedge fund environment, or exposure to L/S strategies. Please note that this is not a direct business development or capital raising role, but will instead focus on supporting the capital formation effort.
