PROJECT MANAGER - FIRE PROTECTION located in Singapore
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with fire protection standards, regulations, and codes throughout project execution. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, engineers, and field technicians. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges. Lead risk assessment and implement strategies to minimize project risks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing fire protection or related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, FM Global, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- CSCPM and Managing WAH certification is required.
